Very Pleased Chris was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable when I arrived. He took care of my recall issue as well as my 10,000 mile oil change needs. It's Chris was wonderful. Exceptional service! I took my car in on Monday, 2/11/19 to have the front end repaired. Jerry Cook immediately came to the window to ask how he could help. He walked around my car with me taking notes on the damages, and estimated how much the repairs would run, and said they’d probably have it done by that Friday, 2/15. I was doubtful that it would be done by Friday, but Jerry called each morning to let me know the progress of the repairs, and true to his word, he called Friday morning to tell me my car was ready to be picked up! I asked if I could get the oil changed & tires rotated before picking it up. He called the Service Department, took my car over to have it serviced, and had it ready and waiting for me when I got there. My car looks brand new....very happy with the repairs. Exceptional customer service, very friendly employees....I couldn’t have asked for more superior service! Thank you for a great experience.....I’ll be back! More

Very Good Experience I took my Prius in after a recall notice requiring a software update. My service adviser, Gary Wilson , greeted me right away and checked to be sure t I took my Prius in after a recall notice requiring a software update. My service adviser, Gary Wilson , greeted me right away and checked to be sure that there was no other current recall for the car. He advised me it would be an hour to an hour and a half for the service which would include a complimentary car wash at the end. The waiting area was comfortable and I had a cup of coffee while I waited. True to his word, Gary came to find me in a little over an hour and told me the work was completed. He went over the paper work with me, got my key, and I was on with my day. I felt throughout like a valued customer and there was no pressure to have extra work done (something I always worry about when going to dealers). I would definitely work with this service adviser again. More

10,000 mile recommended service Made appointment for 10,000 mile service after receiving reminder email earlier in week. My window sticker had me about 500 miles from due. Gary Williams was my Service Consultant and he did everything he told me he was going to d. After checking in, Gary escorted me to customer waiting lounge and pointed out free water, ice cream and popcorn. Gary said he would keep me posted and let me know when service was complete. Service was done as expected and free car wash was nice. Took approx 1 hour and 15 minutes which was expected. Thanks More
