Robert was my adviser and he was awesome! I took in my vehicle for a oil change and addressed another concern Robert was able to contact warranty company and get me into a rental the next day. I did run into 1 tiny miscommunication but it wasn't huge they were able to arrange a shuttle to pick me up and bring me to them once repairs were finalized. Overall I recommend this toyota location for their friendliness and knowledge. More

Overpriced for fair service Got an oil change. I thought all fluids would be topped off. I don’t have any windshield wiper fluid. I didn’t think to ask because I thought it was p Got an oil change. For the cost I can go somewhere else and receive the same or better service. I hate to feel like prices are inflated even when they really shouldn’t be. 240 to replace front breaks that’s ridiculous to me! The waiting room is nice , more ports/ plus to charge phones would be nice or a charging station Updated toys in the kid room. Not being picky for such a huge increase for dealership maintenance everything should be top notch And oh yeah the person who comes out asking about refinancing that needs to be done away with. If a person wants a new car or to refinance their loan they know what to do More

He is honest and does not sugar coat anything and that is what I look for when shopping anywhere. I I have bought several cars from Town and Country Toyota, and every single time I enjoy my purchasing experience with people at New Cars Department. I worked my deal with Greg Fennell and Angel Peralta who were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and just no pressure sales people. They know almost everything about new Toyota models, and I really enjoyed asking them different questions, related with my Toyota Camry. In addition, I would like to mention Mr. Jose Vasquez, PROS Certified Sales Manager, who made the deal for me. This is an honest and very customer service oriented sales manager who acted as my friend in purchasing my car. He knows his job very well, and he is a very valuable asset to Town and Country Toyota Dealership by my opinion. I had to trade in my 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback and get a Camry, due to issues with my back. I really like the fact that Mr. Vasquez did not take advantage of me and made me a deal that I believe is beneficial for me and the dealer. The icing on the cake was how I was treated when picked up my car. The car was detailed and left in a separate room with a red bow on the top of hood. This is a memorable customer service! Improved Service Department I was pleasantly surprised to find the same service writer there since my last visit. That has not been the case for the past several years. He either answered my calls or returned my call shortly. I did not have to call back three times to get someone on the phone. Set the appointment, arrived and prompt attention. Ezra came over soon and had everything written up, explained in detail and ready in just a few moments. He called the van and I was on my way to work. I was picked up on time and arrived to get my car, washed and ready. Ezra went over my paper work and did a few other things for me, told me what plans to make for upcoming service for my car and check out was great. As you can see, it was pleasant to come in and get the services needed without mishaps. I am most grateful to find the service department improvement. It helps to restore trust in the dealership and service department. More
