The price was fair and transparent. They picked me up from the airport and my time at the dealership was very pleasant. I couldn't get the auto insurance until the next day so they allowed me to delay everything for one day, gave me a ride to a nearby hotel, picked me up the next morning and I was on my way in no time...but not until the patience of Ulysses helped me sync my phone and then explain CarPlay. The salesmen Christian, John, Ulysses and especially the manager John Daly made the entire experience so nice and stress free. I highly recommend this dealership! Thank you! More

Be carful I purchased several vehicles through Toyota town and country. They are really helpful and do whatever they can to get you to buy the car. However, whe I purchased several vehicles through Toyota town and country. They are really helpful and do whatever they can to get you to buy the car. However, when it comes down to the servicing and warranty of the vehicle, they treat you poorly. The service manager told me that he will no longer service the vehicle that I bought at their dealership because of personal issues between us. Their excuse is that a business has the right to refuse their business to whomever they please. This is crazy. More

I cannot say enough great things about my long-term service advisor Robert Alexander and the master technician (on this visit) Drozzin! They were both so helpful in explaining what was happening every step of the way, to be sure I understood what they were doing to fix or even troubleshoot the issues. I appreciated talking to Drozzin himself when they still didn't know what the problem was. His expertise was apparent and helped make the situation more tolerable. Even though we had to fix more than expected, Robert supported me as always and even helped schedule a rental car when the repairs could not be completed same day. Thanks again to both these men and the excellent service they provided this Toyota owner! More
