100k mile service When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told that my car only needed an oil change. When I went to give them to him in the service area, I realized how much everyone looked alike and I didn't know his name. The waiting area was clean with comfortable furniture. I appreciated the 'back room' where I could sit at a table to get some work done away from the television.The service was performed in a reasonable time frame. More

Review I actually would give the dealership a 4.9 star rating. My salesperson (Stephen) was knowledgable and helpful. The reason for my rating is that when I came to pick up the car, it was not properly detailed. There were greasy finger prints on the steering wheel and inside on the driver door. There were streak marks on the windshield and several of the side windows to the point that I could not see well to drive. My salesperson did take care of these things as soon as I pointed them out. I was impressed I've always disliked dealership service visits until this visit. They were warm and thorough and not sales pushy. Another dealer on my last new car tried to convince me I needed and alignment at 20k miles. Being a single woman they thought I was clueless and would fall for it. When I traded it at 55k miles it still didn't need an alignment. However I almost didn't show for my service visit at Town and Country. The reason was the person scheduling the appointment was not pleasant to deal with. I was dreading the appointment after the phone experience but was pleasantly surprised and very happy when I arrived. This is truly the first time I've ever had something good to say about a dealership service department!!!! I'll be back and my next Toyota may be bought there as well. More
