I needed a car as a result of an accident. I met Peter Plunkett who was not only a great salesperson, but also was very attuned the accident. We came up from Columbia, SC to purchase a Toyota Highlander from Charlie. I spoke with Erica beforehand and she was kind enough to take pictures of the vehicle for me and even offered to set it asi Highlander from Charlie.
