I went to this dealer on the recommendation of a friend.. Usually car shopping is a big hassle and very time consuming... At town and Country Toyota i did not find this to be so.. Instead it was a refreshing change to be greeted promptly by a salesman named Jm Alexander,and told my experience would be different in that I was in charge, and he was there just to get me the information i needed to make the best decision for me and my family... Right away I felt no pressure and was allowed to roam a bit until I was ready to talk about my needs..., and ask questions that were important to me... Once inside I was introduced to a manager who reinforced that I was in charge and they were here to help me at my own pace... hummmm, now Is that unusual for a car dealer or what? After my questions were answered I was ready for a test drive in a car Jim picked out for me based on my needs... I was very satisfied with the drive,explaination of the features and controls of the car and we went to the service department even where I met an advisor who gave me a card and offered to scheduled my first appointment for me if I purchased the car ... Upon our return, we talked a bit more about their true pricing... I asked for a computer to use, and I did a quick look up of pricing from other area dealers, and found that I was getting a very fair price without all the hassle of the back and forth routine.. I agreed to the purchase price,and Jim quickly put al the paper work together after he brought out the Finance Manager David and introduced me... Over all I had a wonderful experience and was in and out in less than (2) hours from start to finish... It was certinaly a great surprise to be treated as well as I was compared to past experiences... I think the entire staff went the extra mile to make my experience stress free... I will recommend this dealer highly to all my family and friends who are looking for a car without all the hassle... Thanks Jim Alexander and to all the staff at Town and Country Toyota... I bought a toyota Sienna 2012, with a Rav4 as a trade in, Ricardo was willing always to go the extra mile so that I was able to get the best deal out of my purchase, I had some minor cosmetic problems with the Van and he right away negotiated the solving of those issues. Peter was extremely helpful and very professional. He listened to what i wanted and delivered. My wife and I were in the market for a minivan (yikes). We really ha our sites set on the Honda Odyssey. We stopped at Town & Country Toyota on a whim to see what they had on their used lot. No high pressure sales. They showed us the vehicle we liked, answered all our questions and gave us a great price. Peter Plunkett was our sales lead. He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was a pleasure to deal with. There was a minor problem with the rear hatch which they had fixed at the Honda dealer. We will be back when we are in the market for a vehicle again. Great experience! More

I have used other dealers in the past, but overall sales and service at scion on south blvd. Cannot be beat. I don't ever drive away feeling like I've paid too much or haven't been treated fair. Going in with research done knowing what I want, and getting Al the right answers reinforced what I already knew, that I was getting a great deal on a quality auto. Def. Recommend. Do not ever go to Town and Country Toyota, unless you enjoy unscrupulous, deceiving tactics to sell a vehicle. On Sunday, I was greeted cordially by my salesman, Jack Daly. He was very accommodating, f enjoy unscrupulous, deceiving tactics to sell a vehicle. On Sunday, I was greeted cordially by my salesman, Jack Daly. He was very accommodating, friendly, and very informative. The completion of the appraisal of my trade was fair, and the completion of the original buyer's order went well. Once I met with the finance employee named Ray Cockerham, things went downhill quickly. Jack had added the price of the 2 amenities that I approved, running boards and Resist All, into the base price of the vehicle. However, the list of amenities remained separately on the buyer's order. Ray added the amenities in a second time, plus he added an amenity that I never requested. I did not catch it at first, because I had no reason to believe anyone at this dealership would be dishonest. But, I felt that something wasn't quite right, and returned to the dealership on Monday. I met with the sales manager, Sean Williams. He assured me that everything was correct with my contract, and quickly dismissed me. I called back Monday evening to speak to my salesman, Jack. I left 2 voicemails, and finally reached him directly on Tuesday. I returned to the dealership again. This time, I met with Jack and another finance employee named David. We went over the contract, and discovered I was in the right. We nullified the original contract, and thankfully it had not been processed yet. I was then able to finance the vehicle with my credit union. When I returned with the payoff amount, I met with Ray again to complete a second retail purchase order. After Ray completed his shady paperwork, he informed me that I still owed him $30. Needless to say, my credit union did not make a mistake. I am writing this to warn others that you should double check each item on your retail agreement BEFORE you sign it. I certainly believe that it was purposeful to deceive me out of the amount of my trade so that they would make out like champs. Well, this girl beat them at their own game. More
