This was a great experience from start to finish. Phillip and I completed the deal over the phone. His knowledge of the truck and his phone skills were excellent. Brett Rice has always been courteous and professional in his dealings with me. He is knowledgeable and someone I can trust for an opinion. He makes sure that I come home satisfied with my car service. Once he even creditied me for a full service as one of the task completed by the technician was not upto mark. Brett apologized for someone else's mistake and made sure that it was done right the next time without me paying anything for it. I have enhoyed going to this dealership and would recommend to anyone for both purchasing a new car or to get routine maintenance done. More
