My wife and I went to Town East Ford because they have a large selection of used cars and we saw one online that we liked. I called the dealership to see if it was still there because it was a really good large selection of used cars and we saw one online that we liked. I called the dealership to see if it was still there because it was a really good price and it was possible that someone else could have bought it. They told us the car was there and it was. Matter of fact I got a little off their price and bought it. So I got a great deal. The salesman asked that I write here to say that we are happy and we are. I took my car in to get new tires and to check to see if the brakes were ok as they were making noise. I got a great price on the tires and they explained how the tires were rated. My brakes were looked a the brakes were ok as they were making noise. I got a great price on the tires and they explained how the tires were rated. My brakes were looked at and adjusted so that they do not make any noise. The whole time took less than one hour and I am very pleased. More

This was my first car buying experience and it really taught me the value of knowing what not to do when you go into a dealership. Town East Ford is the kind of high pressure car selling you hear stories taught me the value of knowing what not to do when you go into a dealership. Town East Ford is the kind of high pressure car selling you hear stories about. I ended up being there for 5 hours. They will not let you leave until you buy something. If you do not buy from one salesman, they'll send in another until they get you. :-( If you are going with Ford, I would recommend the Five Star Ford in Plano. I looked at their cars first, and they weren't nearly as pushy as the Town East Ford salespeople. If you asked to leave, they actually gave you back your license without too much effort. Also don't be deceived by the prices on the website. Add at least $2000 to anything because of dealer add-ons that they apply to all vehicles. This includes tint and some sort of gps tracking system. I'd never go here again. More

I wish I had checked the dealers reputation and rating before going to dealership and saved my time. I had bad experience. I will not recommend this dealer. Someone crashed into my car right down the road from Town East Ford. My AAA would only tow me so far so i stumbled into their shop, not by choice. But It was a very pleasant surprise. BEWARE: Sales department list vehicles at very attractive low price on autotrader, cars.com and their own website which they dont have in stock to bring you in and when you arrive they tell you it was just s low price on autotrader, cars.com and their own website which they dont have in stock to bring you in and when you arrive they tell you it was just sold. I found this vehicle on autotraders and went to Ford east website to see it was in stock. I requested test drive and more info. Next morning sales person called me and i asked if vehicle was still available. I was told yes it was. I made appointment for test drive and reached at dealership in 3hours (i live 2hours away from dealership). when i got there, sales man told me it was sold.Sales person asked me to look for other vehicle but i told him no. He said why do you want same vehicle so bad.I asked him to show me that vehicle i came for was sold in last 3 hours but he did not have any answer to that.I asked for manager, Sales person took me to another sales person name Brian churry who said he was manager. I asked him about vehicle and he told me it was sold yesterday. I told him i drove for 2hours (100miles) and made sure if they had a vehicle. He replaid " he does not have a record for my appointment" and he also " does not care about how long did it take me to get there". I asked him to call general manager but he said he is owner/partner. Liersssss... Dont shop with them. There are many several reputable dealerships who care about their costumers so pick some other dealership. BEWARE: Save your time and told fall in trap with their false and misleading information and deceptive advertisement. Not recommended at all More
