Worked with Joe and Mike but got close enough to my price that we agreed to purchase. They fixed many small things at our request and included an extra key fob. Spent about 3 hours at their shop but very pleased with cost and performance of the vehicle. More
Run away do not come here they will ruin your credit score! First off the General manager completely lied to us in our face before we even give him any information!!!!! We asked him three questions; (1) do you First off the General manager completely lied to us in our face before we even give him any information!!!!! We asked him three questions; (1) do you have a Nissan by back a Nissan incentive? (2) will you price match another Nissan dealership? (3) will you match or beat the trade in amount for my car like the other dealership would? The general manager said yes, yes, and yes to all of my questions. I was happy to see the same car I was willing to drive 40 miles away on there lot and that they can work with the same deal as if I was going to do it up there, and then here comes the lies. He didn’t price match the car!!! Tried to lie and say that the other dealership was fooling us and that this is the real price. Didn’t give me a fair trade price for my car!!!! And then insulted my intelligence thinking we can read numbers on a paper!!!! I was completely pissed off. While I was in the dealership all I was getting was alerts from credit Karma on hits on my credit and I told the guy don’t run my credit more then two times to a banker. The salesman was super rude and didn’t even want to honor the request from us and said that we needed to put down 3000 for a car that only worth 17,000. So I got up and left the dealership because I was treated so unfairly and beaten up. I would never buy nor deal with that dealership or with Nissan all because of the foolery. My advice is please get rid of the employees at that store or you wouldn’t receive business there. Oh yeah but the way I did buy a brand new car that same day. Thanks Kia of town center!!!!!!! More
Don't bother. I stopped by to buy a new pathfinder. I told them I was ready to buy and I saw online that they had a deal going on. The salesperson knew nothing abou I stopped by to buy a new pathfinder. I told them I was ready to buy and I saw online that they had a deal going on. The salesperson knew nothing about the online prices and that should have been my first clue…We did a test drive and I found a few issues with the car. We went to talk numbers. I started with a pretty low offer because I had shopped and found much better prices elsewhere. Mind you, most of these prices were out of state and I let them know that I wouldn’t be opposed to driving for such a great deal. I still decided to talk numbers and try and work out a deal. When I looked at the pricing sheet I found they added back questionable add-ons (paint protection, $250 floor mats, etc) and that took the price close MSRP again. I questioned these and the salesperson couldn't understand why I questioned the add-ons. Next they give me their financing sheet with payments and asked me which payment looked best. The payments ranged between $900 and $1100. The funny thing is they hadn't pulled my credit yet. When I asked about the interest-rate they couldn't answer me as to what their rate was on the sheet. Again, they seemed baffled that a 900 dollar payment looked bad to me. Who would pay that much a month for a $40000 car? I later figured out they were offering 13.9 interest. When I continued to balk at the numbers, they sent the sales manager over. We discussed my concerns with the price, we discussed my credit (which is really good, just below great), as well as a few concerns I had with the vehicle. He said to sit tight and he would see what he could do. He walked 15 feet away, said something to the salesperson and not two seconds later the person came back over to tell me “I guess you’re headed out of state” and "thanks for stopping by". No additional conversation or negotiation. I called a Nissan dealer in Gwinnett and told them what I was looking for and what I wanted pricewise. When I got there they had already worked up a few options they worked with me to hit my numbers. Thanks to them, I successfully purchased a pathfinder. Plus the new dealer didnt charge for any add-ons except for the dealer fee and they provide 2 years oil changes and maintence. More

Loyalty? Ha First off, I want to give kudos to Tony in the Service Department. He's been very communicative, makes sure I understand everything wrong with my car First off, I want to give kudos to Tony in the Service Department. He's been very communicative, makes sure I understand everything wrong with my car and makes sure I understand every step of the timeline to hopefully getting it back. And somehow he does it without stressing me out, which isn't easy. lol As for the sales department...not a happy person. For the last year I've been getting messages and emails regarding "loyalty incentives" if I trade in my car (which I bought there) and upgrade to something new. My car (obviously) is in for some fairly big service issues. So, last Friday I was just curious and did the online trade in value. It came back a little under $4,000. Shortly thereafter Ashley emailed me to see if I was ready to come in. I was VERY CLEAR and told her I had only been looking out of curiosity, that I was way too underwater in the car and that that wouldn't be an option. Then Heather calls me. She says, "No! You're a prior customer so we give THOUSANDS more than trade in value!!!" WITH HER ON THE PHONE I LOOKED UP HOW MUCH I STILL OWED. Almost $11,000. She had my trade in value. She STILL SWORE I would get enough on trade in to negate the amount I still owe. She said she wanted to set me up with a salesperson. I told her I didn't have a lot of time to blow at the dealership (I'm a single mom and work full time) so she needed to find out if this was realistic and call me back BEFORE setting me an appointment. She says she understands. I then get a video message from Scott saying he's going to meet with me. I try to call. I tell him I can't come in unless they are SURE they will be able to get me trade in value of at least how much I owe. He texts me and says I'm a prior customer so THAT is the easy part. Fine. I go in... I spend HOURS there looking at the car that I'd like to have. The car that I COULD afford with all these loyalty incentives I keep being promised. My budget is NO MORE than $400 per month. I work in accounting. I know my budget. I can not be swayed into thinking I can afford more. They start coming back with estimates of monthly payments...totaling $600-$700. "Well, the negative equity in your car is what's killing you." You mean...the negative equity that you ALREADY KNEW EXACTLY HOW MUCH IT WAS AND TOLD ME YOU COULD MAKE IT DISAPPEAR BECAUSE OTHERWISE I WOULDN'T EVEN COME IN??? THAT NEGATIVE EQUITY? HOURS later, I'm told there's nothing they can do...the negative equity is too much...the trade in value is too little... (it was EXACTLY what the online estimate was)...and when I said it just wasn't possible for me to go over $400 and jokingly said, "I mean not if you want me to keep the car"...the salesman replied with "Well, I mean, they wouldn't take it away for months down the road and that's not really our problem." Wow. Nice. I wonder how many single moms have been coerced into thinking they can afford something they can't because the salesman don't care about what happens to them when they leave the dealership. So, basically, I wasted HOURS that I don't have...when the dealership had ALL OF THE INFORMATION they needed in order to say, "yeah, you're right, that's not possible"...I let them run my credit because they seemed SOOOOOOOO sure, so THAT'S going to take a hit...and now I'm still in a loaner car to get my old car fixed. I'm disgusted. More

How she walked away from there without a new Maxima is beyond me. Bernard, who she said was the finance manager needs to take a class on business and customer service. I guess he was trying to make his quota on in-house financing or sales mark-up. Effie joke of a place and I highly recommend you visit any other Nissan establishment in the metro area other than this one. More

Women and Elderly Beware - Completey Unethical Dealership This company took advantage of my sweet elderly mother. I had no idea Mom had traded her 2013 for a 2016 until she mentioned it off-hand. She was call This company took advantage of my sweet elderly mother. I had no idea Mom had traded her 2013 for a 2016 until she mentioned it off-hand. She was called back in 2016 because a phantom buyer wanted her car. She came away with a base model (the 2013 was a luxury model), at a higher interest rate, longer term, and higher payment. Mom signed because she said she felt pressured and wanted to go home. Her fixed income is compromised and finances have been hugely impacted by the wolf in sheep's clothing that led her to this horrific circumstance. Clearly, Mom now has someone with her for large purchases and decisions. But honestly....I don't know how these people sleep at night. When I reviewed her 2013 and 2016 docs this evening, I wanted to throw up. I'm planning on calling the media. More
