Shannon helped me get my transmission replaced under the extended warranty when it appeared the company would initially not honor it. I really appreciate her standing up for me as a customer on an issue tha extended warranty when it appeared the company would initially not honor it. I have always been pleased with the service that I have received at Honda Tower in Longview. They explain everything and the wait is never very long.
