Experience was eh. I knew what I wanted before I arrived and was prequalified. The wait was excessive and the vehicle had not been cleaned or serviced appropriately. My experience the day I took my car in the service was great. But to have to wait over seven weeks to get my car in for service is awful! I took my car in for a recall, but to be told 'we're just really b great. But to have to wait over seven weeks to get my car in for service is awful!
