2014 Ford Escape I used TrueCar to configure what I wanted, received a response, quote, and went to check them out. I was shown a car with less bells and whistles than configured and quoted a 10% higher price. When asked about the car configured and quoted the salesman said they never had that on the lot. The salesman seemed embarrassed and offered to find the one configured. THANKS FOR THE BAIT AND SWITCH! More
Took three tries to get an oil change right I brought my 2013 Ford Focus ST in for an oil change, which ended up taking 4 and a half hours. I requested a full synthetic oil change, more than willing to pay the premium since the car is a performance car. After it was completed, the service writer was ringing me up and I double checked that it was done w/ full synthetic as it came out too cheap to be. She said she forgot to write down I wanted full synth, and that she would send it back in to get re-done. Fine, everyone makes mistakes. I wait another hour and a half, and finally ask what the status is. She says the car's been done for 15 minutes, but she forgot to tell me. Ugh. at this point I'm fed up. I check the sheet for the work done, and they put 5W-20 in when 5W-30 is called for in this specific engine. I walk out to my car, grab the manual and show her. She talks to the tech and the parts manager, each of which blame each other. They tell me they are going to re-do the change with the correct oil (#3). I ask to speak with the manager, because I've been there for almost 4 hours at that point for a simple oil change. It takes him a half hour to get down and speak with me. He's apologetic and says they are reversing the charge so this change is free, as well as my next change. This made me satisfied and left me considering giving them another chance. I get home, and check the oil to verify the correct amount was used, and notice there's oil spilled all over the top of the engine and engine cover. This indicates someone was trying to cut a corner to get it done, rather than using a funnel. I'm fuming now, and will never go back there and can NEVER recommend this dealer's service department to anyone. The car should look the same, if not better than when it was dropped off. I take pride in the way I keep my car clean, and this is will not be an easy cleanup to get the oil off the top. I'd take it back in, but I don't trust them enough to get it done right. More

I arrived got the price on the truck I expected ( beat everyone else w/ no haggle) , trade in evaluation was fair, and signed the deal. Finance rep was great , even pushed his installer to do a last minute remote start. I was hesitant to drive so far when I have a dealer ¼ mile from my house. It was well worth it. More
I needed service on a 2011 ford edge, and when I called their service dept the 1st thing he asked me if I bought the car from them! I said no it was a company leased car ! After dropping the car off, my wife picked up the car the next day and on the NAV screen it had a LINCOLN logo not a ford anymore! She asked him why that was he told her FORD and LINCOLN are the same company! I called them and told them if I wanted a Lincoln I would of bought one! She went back to the delaer and they had to call ford to see how to fix the problem! After another day with a car ( they wouldnt give me a loaner ) cause I didnt buy the car from them! It had a ford logo on the screen now! KEEP away from these NASTY people! If you diodnt buy the car from them they will treat you like dirt! More
Since 2006, I have gone to Tower Ford to service my car that I inherited . I am always impressed with their friendly but professional manner. Their expertise about their product is always evident. Doug, the service manager, takes time to explain in detail the needs of your automobile. I often have to wait for my vehicle and he always tries to get me out as soon as possible. Usually I request Harold the mechanic and Doug and Jane always try to accomodate me. Harold is like my cars's doctor. He has a great bedside manner....explaining everything he does and is thorough when working on the "patient." I never question Doug, Jane or Harold when they recommend repairs. I trust them completely. My 2002 Focus is kept in "tip-top" condition because of them. I know I will eventually need a knew car. I am considering buying a Ford only because of Tower Ford's Service Department and its employees like Doug, Jane and Harold. The only suggetion I have for improvement is having more loaner cars available. Having no second car in my household, when I do have to leave my car(which is very rarely) I have a problem.But Tower Ford service is worth the inconvenience. More
Have done extensive research on the Ford Edge Sport and went to this dealership because they are one of the few to have the car on the lot for a test drive. Dennis was very nice and cordial. However, was offered well below fair market value on my trade and the price offered on the Edge was grossly high. I went home and went online to do a little more research and was offered an online price of $3000 cheaper from Tower Ford for the very car I test drove and discussed the price with. Not only did they low ball my trade, they didnt make an actual offer for the Edge I was looking at. Very disappointed. More

Every time we have leased from Tower Ford,Rick has made the experience extrtemely pleasant ,never had a problem. We will always go back to Tower Ford and of course work with Rick Roseman.
