Towbin working hard to make it right. On November 2nd, 2015 we purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 6.7L pickup. Everything seemed to be going as planned but we ran into some issues. What happened next and over the next few weeks was certainly not what we wanted. I won't go into details but our process did bring about some training for staff and I'm hopeful nobody else goes through what we did. The important thing here to mention is that we gave Towbin Dodge a chance to make things right. Yes I got pissed, yes I was frustrated, yes I wanted a better experience. However, in the end Towbin Dodge did make things right and went out of their way to ensure I was happy, very happy. Alex, our salesman, one of the best out there. He was always there to answer text messages even on his day off. He would call and keep us posted on issues we were having all along. Very thankful for the time and effort Alex put into helping us, very much appreciated. Robert Lee was also very helpful in making things right for us, so much so that he went out of his way and really did do what he could to make us happy with the experience. It's hard to sit by when things are going well and try not to get upset, but we gave it some time and it all worked out in the end. We will definitely go back, as we've bought numerous vehicles here before, and hopefully Alex sticks around because we will definitely go back to him in the future.
