Awesome people, great customer service!! I used to go to chapman for my service, but after an experience with my car, it was time for a change. Upon recommendation of some of my car club budd I used to go to chapman for my service, but after an experience with my car, it was time for a change. Upon recommendation of some of my car club buddies, I went to Towbin to set up an appt for my car. They quickly set up an appt for me and answered all my questions about all kinds of stuff about my car. When it was time for the appt. they were super friendly, got me a rental car quickly so I could still go about my day. They called much sooner than I thought to tell me I was ready to go. Excellent service all the way through and love that they even took the time to wash and vacuum the car for me!! Very happy customer, just wish I've been with them from the start! More
