Best Dealership in Las Vegas Area This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Towbin Dodge, and I would not go to any other dealer in the Las Vegas area, regardless if I was lookin This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Towbin Dodge, and I would not go to any other dealer in the Las Vegas area, regardless if I was looking for a Dodge or not. I inquired about a vehicle on Cargurus.com and in less than 24 hrs the dealership had contacted me about the vehicle. I called them back and set up a time to look at the vehicle I was looking at (a used Dodge Durango). When I arrived for my appointment the salesman (Dave A.) had the keys ready to go and within 20 min we were off on a test drive. After taking the vehicle for a drive and looking it over, my wife and I decided that we were gong to purchase it and trade in our old Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I got inside I was handed over to the floor manager (Prem Snigh), he offer my wife and I water and sat down with us to begin the negotiation. After a while of negotiation I was still unsure that I was willing to pay exactly what they were offering the vehicle for. Prem then had the Durango pulled into the show room to accommodate my wife and infant, since it was quite cold outside. We ended up setteling on a deal with Bill Johnson, he was able to get us a great deal on a great vehicle. Overall a great dealership, I am a lifetime customer and as along as I am in the Las Vegas area I will go to Towbin Dodge for all of my vehicle needs. More

Terrible Customer Service We leased a new Charger. It took a month to get the paperwork for registration causing us late fees with the DMV. Additionally, they were suppose to p We leased a new Charger. It took a month to get the paperwork for registration causing us late fees with the DMV. Additionally, they were suppose to pay off our previously lease as part of the deal. There is now still a balance on my previous lease more than a month later, causing me to pay additional insurance for longer. Even worst, I have contacted James (supposed manager of some sort) and he has not responded. At this point I am ready to drive the 30-40 minutes and make a scene in order to get what I am owed. Very disappointed in this experience. More
