It was bumpy but ultimately worth it! I am a single female who went into the dealership alone one Saturday Morning. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. I had done sufficient research and secured my outside loan. I was ready to trade in my car and didn't want to put any excess money down. In going here to Towbin Dodge, I felt that I was not taken advantage of, no one tried to get over on me, or make me do something I didn't want to do. I worked with Jose and JT and they were both awesome. They bought me lunch and spoke to my dad over the phone whenever I had questions. No one was pushy or pressuring me to do anything. I pretty much knew I was leaving with that Truck. And contrary to popular belief I was only in the dealership for about 2 hours including my test drive. The truck that I was getting was a used Jeep. Christina in finance also speaking to my father helped me get a good warranty situation because you know things happen with used cars. Speaking of things happening. That VERY night upon leaving the dealership and going to show my new ride off, the unimaginable happened. I had already taken the doors off my my cool new Jeep and just about to cruise the strip when the jeep completely stopped working. It was a nightmare, I was stuck and the truck wouldnt turn on. I was so upset and I almost felt that i was sold a dud. Well because JT and Jose were so great I had already been texting them about some things so I told them what was happening. The dealership was closed the next day but Jose sprang right into action on his off day. He sent a tow truck to pick my car up and take it to the dealership first thing Monday morning and the tow truck driver got me to work safely. I was also provided a courtesy vehicle while my car was being worked on. Abraham in service was OK, he was a little slow on status updates but overall not bad. It took them a week to fix my car. So ultimately I was without my brand new truck for a week, which was the most upsetting. I dont believe (and i hope) that there was anything that could have been done differently service wise to have given me a perfect car off the lot. But given the circumstances I do believe that everyone handled it so well. When i finally did receive my car after speaking with numerous friendly people I was very satisfied with the outcome. So as I stated, there were some bumps but the final product was great. Mostly I was just stressed and upset not to have a car that I just spent so much money on. But i love my new truck and everything worked out! Thanks to everyone who had a hand in making my service great. More

Easiest buying experiebce I had been shopping for a New Challenger for a couple months and finally after paying off my current loan, I was ready. I started getting pre-approval I had been shopping for a New Challenger for a couple months and finally after paying off my current loan, I was ready. I started getting pre-approvals and this included Chrysler Capital. After getting pre-approved by them, I received a phone call from David Alfi. He said to give him 2 hours and he would confirm that he could get me approved. I texted him 2 hours later and he said to come on down. After test driving the car, he told me that in the past 2 hours he and Finance Manager Christina Lombardo were getting everything approved at the bank and that I was 100% approved. After about another 15 minutes I was signing paperwork and 30 minutes later I walking out the door with my new car. Without question the best experience. I would also like to add that the post purchase experience has been great. I have received emails letting me know about information and a phone call from the department that handles customer relations. More
NEVER AGAIN! I usually do not post reviews, and to be honest this is the second review I've probably ever posted in my life. I like to give people the benefit of t I usually do not post reviews, and to be honest this is the second review I've probably ever posted in my life. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt being a business owner myself. The reason for this review is because my past 2 experiences with the repair shop have been quite unpleasant. My first experience I dropped my truck off and was told I just need a new starter and because my starter was an after market part that is why it didn't work. I was guaranteed this to fix the problem, so I went ahead and purchased a new starter from them and had it installed (the words guaranteed were used remember) . Needless to say they said it ended up not being the problem, and that I needed a different part replaced which changed the cost from $150-200 to over $1000. I said okay fine, so I don't need the starter so just fix the part that originally needed fixing and remove the starter and put my old one in since the starter wasn’t the issue. They said no, which I laughed at of course but they told me since the starter had been installed already I would have to pay for it, even though that wasn't the problem the truck was having. So at the end of my first visit I ended up paying around $1000 for everything and was treated so poorly that I was happy it was done and over with and wouldn't have to come back. Fast forward a week or so later and my truck isn't starting again, so unfortunately I headed back to the shop to see what the issue was this time. I am very upset at this point as I have a lot to do and not having my vehicle is a major inconvenience. I kindly ask if they can give me a loaner car since now I am back with the same problem they did not fix. Shockingly, they said they don't have any loaners because they need them for the following day. Anytime a car dealership tells you they don’t have any vehicles they can give out they are blatantly lying. They just don’t want to treat me as a 5 star customer because my work truck was a little older. I can guarantee you that if I had just bought the truck from them the previous week they would have an entire fleet of vehicles I can take home. I have looked at ew cars numerous times and to this day there has never been a car salesman that has not offered me to take the car home over night to see how I like it (before even buying it). I ask for them to rent me a car then, they said I am on the hook for the cost. So now twice I have been treated extremely poorly by this business and at some point it needs to be public knowledge. I would not recommend this business to others as it seems they are more concerned about the easy way out and not going to extra step for their customers. Because of this experience alone I will never again be a dodge customer, I will never recommend dodge to another person, and I will forever avoid the name dodge. This business single handedly ruined my opinion of this company. There is a right and a wrong way to do business, and the way things are handled at this establishment are at the point where it became comical. I love working with people and own and operate a tourist attraction in the local Henderson area, and try and give everyone an experience they come back again for, and we do a xxxx good job due to the fact we have a 5 star review over hundreds of reviews. Dodge just will never be that business so never again dodge, never again. Feel free to reach out to make the situation better if you feel it's the right thing to do. More

The salesman said he would get the keys, bring it up to the front and check on the second truck we asked about since it wasn't in the lot. We waited inside while he did this, but instead he introduced us to two more salesmen which were no help but asked the same questions. After repeating ourselves three times and 45 minutes, neither truck was opened to us. It was a complete circus there. Who won't show the product someone wants to see to buy? I asked three times to see the one in the lot and never did they open it. The other was in service, so why was it for sale online with pricing? More
