Recall experience NOT Good We had a recall on airbag for our Winnebago View motor home. My husband called Towbin to schedule it to be checked. He told the lady we have a motorho We had a recall on airbag for our Winnebago View motor home. My husband called Towbin to schedule it to be checked. He told the lady we have a motorhome. She scheduled him and said they would have to check the part to see if defective then order if needed. When we went in at 8 am their service bay is only 10 feet high so they could not even work on it. Furthermore, according to service mgr they order part.... they do not check to be sure it is defective. They NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER. Won't be back!! More

Excellent from start to finish I have dealt with my fair share of dealerships and I will never go anywhere else. Towbin Dodge is without a doubt the best in the nation. The respect I have dealt with my fair share of dealerships and I will never go anywhere else. Towbin Dodge is without a doubt the best in the nation. The respect and courtesy shown to me and my family was genuine. We shared our wants and concerns with our wonderful salesman Patrick Daniels and he answered all of them before asking us to test drive a vehicle. This took the pressure off of us and allowed us time to make a sound decision. This is not your regular run of the mill dealership that will push you into a car to get a sale. They care about you and they care that you drive away happy. As a leader in the United States Air Force I am trained to identify personnel that are strong in their careers, I believe Patrick is worth investing in and to consider for advacement. Additionally, Tom Lundy, understood my family's desires and surpassed my wife's expectations in how she would be treated. He was very kind to my kids because they both wanted a chance to ring the famous gong. Needless to say, my kids were impressed. The finance manager was just as awesome as well. All in all, it was an excellent buying experience, and I look forward to the next lease. More
