Unfortunately the service department was hesitant to resolve the problem which caused a really bad taste in my mouth. Fortunately Dezy, manager of customer service guy involved. From the time she made contact with me I knew she would handle the situation and that she did. Within 24 hours of being pretty upset and disillusioned, Dezy had me smiling. I appreciate so much that she was able to get involved and resolve the issue in such a timely manner. I am quite happy with the outcome. More
I got my new 2023 Dodge Charger from Towbin Dodge RAM yesterday. My salesman was Brandon. To be honest Brandon is one of the main reasons I leased my car from Towbin Dodge. He was patient, courteous and helped me to find the car that I was wanting. He made the experience of finding a new car fun instead of stressful. Dezzy was really good at looking over my car for the final inspection along with explaining all of the features that the car offered. She was very kind and thorough. Out of all the Dodge dealerships I visited you could tell that Towbin Dodge really took care of their cars that were for sale on their lot. Their cars were all very clean and didn't have scratches or damage on them. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend Towbin Dodge. More
need to focus more on people and less on surveys and automation. I get at least 3 or 4 emails every time I place a service request before I even show up and another 3 or 4 after....Once I arrive I'm not automation.
