We had previously been to another dealership and bought a new jeep. The horrible experience ended with us returning the jeep and coming to Towbin to hopefully have a better experience. It was great. We walked in right when they opened and was greeted by Maria, we told her what had happened and she told us she would do anything to get us what we wanted/needed. We were there almost all day because we wanted a vehicle that was not working with what we had to offer. But, she made the impossible, possible! With a lot of back and forth and us not settling for another vehicle, she made it happen with the help of her finance team and managers.
