It started great until I caught the fraud in financing. We agreed on a price for my trade. There were two signatures on the agreement before going to finance, where we met Brandon Evans. We signed the documents and went over a couple of things, and then he claimed his printer wasn't working yet and kept typing. He left the room a couple of times and then proclaimed it worked. They have a dealer add-on that is called the "desert package." This package includes window tinting and clear plastic skin on the hood and door edges. This is valued at over $2100. The tint They put on wad so light and of cheap quality. The clear plastic they put on only covered the front part of the hood, much like a bug deflector. At all costs, avoid accepting this! It's a complete waste and not worth the price! The totality of this amounted to over $8000! I discovered this 12 days after the sale, but after confronting this, they reversed my deal and gave me my trade back. A sales associate confirmed this is a tactic that is used all the time but isn't usually caught by customers, or they are emotionally attached to the car of their dreams that they choose not to pursue this. Three days after signed contract the finance guy called saying the there was a new finance rate. I have near perfect credit. The rate was 1.5% over what my credit union could provide. I said NO otherwise I saying the there was a new finance rate. I have near perfect credit. The rate was 1.5% over what my credit union could provide. I said NO otherwise I would have gone with my own financing. Finance said he'd call back. Called back with agreed rate on contract. Thought the nonsense was over. So I didn't fuss about a tacked on inflated "desert" package that is some clear sticker that goes on hood and front side of doors. Scheduled it nine days after purchase to have this package put on with an appointment. After they had it for 7 hours I showed up and it hadn't even been taken back. Said I wanted my vehicle and wanted the 2199 back because it was an up sale and I could put it on myself. The sales guy said I will drive it to your house when finished. The sales guy showed up at 10 p.m. The clear coat on hood was not up to where it was supposed to be..... the door clear coat was bubbled and different heights.... drivers door was about 8 inches higher than passenger side..... the glass tint didn't even look like the windows were tinted. Then I started looking at my contract and noticed some fraud to the tune of almost 8k. When brought to the attention of sales people they couldn't explain what the 8k was for. While I was purchasing the vehicle the finance guy kept leaving the office saying his printer wasn't working when I was signing papers .....and I am pretty sure this is where the numbers were changed. So I returned the van and got my 2022 truck back. This was 12 days after purchase. I will not do business with shady unethical people. Please beware. I will be writing this review in many places to help others not be taken by people who don't do what they say they will, and getting caught. I wonder how many times this has happened to someone else? The head manager wouldn't even talk to me. With these kind of practices I want others to be aware. I went across to a neighboring dealer and bought a new van for not much more. No inflated "desert" package. More
