What started as a dealer recall became a total nightmare for both myself and the gentleman I've cited above. After visible evidence that my truck was not one which fell under the recall, problems which were for both myself and the gentleman I've cited above. After visible evidence that my truck was not one which fell under the recall, problems which were not happening prior to my coming into Towbin begin to happen during daily driving (the recall was steering related). The service department at that time did everything possible to try to track down just what this new problem was, and again, one which was not happening prior to my visit regarding the recall. Needless to say, this was driving me crazy and I in turn was driving Curtis crazy, as nothing was wrong until one of his mechanics had touched my truck in my mind? After several days of addressing every known possible reason for this new found pull and shaking in my truck, the maintenance department under both Curtis and Oscar's direction back tracked the fact that I had purchased four new tires less then 3,000 miles prior to these problems. My truck is a one ton dually and I had two tires which were almost new when I purchased the four. As such, when they then begun to re-check each and everyone of the four new tires it became evident that they each had tread defects which were just at that point in time becoming visible. As hard as this is to believe, it is the absolute truth, and all four tires were replaced without hassle and /or cost to me. Now to top things off, the truck began pulling to the right after all the tires were balanced and replaced and I again became the neurotic individual I am so capable of becoming with Curtis just shaking his head in amazement at what was now taking place. Next, Curtis had the truck realigned at no cost to me and by now I was so gun shy that everything felt wrong up to and including the fact the front end felt so loose I was almost afraid to drive the truck that I had bought new and had driven since 2009. I drove the truck over the weekend and even asked another front end man to drive my truck and to tell me what he thought as I honestly knew I was taking things out of context by now! As I figured, I was at that time told that the truck felt great and that I was in fact just gun shy as a result of all which had taken place over the last week or so regarding my truck. I cannot for the life of me think of anyone better equipped to deal with an individual such as myself at times like these then was Curtis. Both Curtis Maestas and Oscar Palma are outstanding individuals set on doing only their absolute best to satisfy the needs of their customers. This is only one of many outstanding encounters that I have had with these gentlemen over the past 6 years and in regards to the two new pickup trucks my wife and I have purchased since 2006 from Towbin Dodge. My next new truck will also be a Dodge I assure you, and I will be buying it from Towbin! Thank you to both Curtis and Oscar for these many years of outstanding service.... My recent purchase of a new Ram truck was made enjoyable by Scott Richard and Bill Johnson. Scott Richard is one of the best customer oriented auto sales person I have ever worked with. He is polite, upbeat, and listened to what I wanted in a product. Scott did not run my wife and I around showing us products we were not interested in. He did however find the truck I wanted with the right options and the color I wished on his first attempt. Scott and Bill both worked hard to sell the truck, but they did it with consideration and without intimidation. I hope that I can be as pleased with the service department when the time comes. Larry. I was with a friend that purchased a new car from Shawn in January 2012 and he was great. Then the continued customer service from the dealership was way better than hoped/expected. It was Shawns service and the follow-up from the rest of the dealership that got me to come back and buy a 2012 Dodge Truck. Again, Shawns service in finding me the truck I wanted down to getting the truck from Towbims sister dearlership on his day off. I will pass on Towbin and Shawn to all my friends. More
I went to Towbin in search of a used Charger on February 27th, 2012 but walked away with a brand new one thanks to Ron Brankley and Bill Johnson. I've had SEVERAL terrible experiences at other dealerships i 27th, 2012 but walked away with a brand new one thanks to Ron Brankley and Bill Johnson. I've had SEVERAL terrible experiences at other dealerships in the Las Vegas area and i was very discouraged until i met these two gentlemen. Nothing but polite and courteous to me as we walked through all the steps of the new car purchase process. They did not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable once during the process. I am recommending all of my family and friends to Towbin for their next vehicle purchases and only want them working with these two gentlemen. It was truly a wonderful experience and i will be back when it's time for my next charger. Ron has even contacted me twice since my purchase and it has been a month already that i've had the car. These two guys went out of their way to get me the numbers i needed to walk away with my car that day and i greatly appreciate that & them. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

We shopped for a new car for our 16yo daughter online. She originally wanted an SUV and we shopped another dealer who had the model she "thought" she wanted. The Towbin website had a few in our price range and so we completed the online form and then was contacted by the internet sales manager "Doug". He invited us to the facility to see the vehicle. Upon arriving he introduced to our customer care liasion, Lloyd Hicks. Lloyd took his time learningn about our needs and desires and made several suggestions. The end result is, we purchased a NEW 2012 Dodge Avenger SXT from dealer stock and within our reasonable budget. The entire experience is one I can now saw, I would happily participate in again as we never felt uncomfortable. In fact, every individual, from eager salespeople on the sales floor, to receptionists to service tech managers, to car delivery care persons to our F&I coordinator, Luis, was more courteous than expected and we never felt compelled to make any decisions. We are long-time Ford/Chevy owners, and this is our first Dodge product and our daughter is thrilled with her decision. I wish I was in the market to purchase another vehicle for myself as I would certainly seek Lloyds advice, patience and "extra mile" enthusiasm. More

My wife and I went to Towbin Dodge to look at new Dodge chargers, our Dodge Durango was 5 years old and our elderly parents could no longer climb in it easily. Adrian(salesman) was very polite,clean and friendly right from the start. We found the perfect car on the lot and we went inside to talk numbers. He completely listened to our needs, even the fact the car we liked did not have the rims we liked. he arranged the deal very professionally and even replaced the rims with what my wife wanted. We will never forget this great experience with him on this car purchase. We dont remember the finance persons name but he was great also, had all paperwork correct and no issues closing the $$ on the financed deal. More
