I believe the management staff at Tobin is as good as it gets. All of the people in all departments seem to be very happy and they all work togeather to keep the cars working and the customers happy. I do not know how much longer the good Lord is going to keep me around but I do know I will continue doing business with the Tobin Dealership. We heard about Towbin from a coworker who had just bought a brand new vehicle, and he said we should take a look since we wanted to trade our truck in and find a car. When we went in we felt a bit pressured a brand new vehicle, and he said we should take a look since we wanted to trade our truck in and find a car. When we went in we felt a bit pressured by one salesman but he had Thomas K. help us and he was wonderful. He took us out to where the used cars were, and we told him what we were looking for. He helped the search through everything and pointed out two we test drove. We settled on a 2012 Toyota in perfect shape and low miles. It was a pleasure to drive home and got amazing gas mileage. The paperwork took what felt like forever since it was a Saturday night and they were busy, but Thomas stayed with us a lot while waiting and even had some take out sent since we were starving. The fact he kept us company and didn't leave us to wait alone was very appreciated and we felt very well cared for. Once we got into finance things moved quick and we were able to leave in our new car in about an hour or so. I appreciated the personal service we received from Thomas and it was nice talking to him while we waited. When we get this car paid off I am pretty sure we will end up back at Towbin for our second vehicle. They're number one for a reason, they actually make things happen. More

I hate service shops that rattle off a bunch of stuff that they say needs to be done which in most cases is not the case at all. Makes the experience and 1 stop experience for me as a customer as they are not being honest. At Towbin and with Steve, I feel he is as honest and upfront as possible and I will continue to return there to get both of my Dodge vehicles serviced. Great dealership overall! More
