STOP! I purchased a new Dodge Avenger for my daughter. Albeit there have a few minor service items needing attention, BUT, Oscar and Steve treated each of our concerns as if it were a MAJOR issue. The attention to detail, extreme customer satisfaction and genuine concern form each of them is WAY more than one would ever expect. My last name might as well BE "Towbin". No matter how gruff I was toward them and the issue, it made no difference. They never lost sight of "why" they had a job. Because they actually enjoy making people happy. You can't fake that. I truly feel like a member of the Towbin family and am very grateful for their extraordinary desire to please the customer. More

This is an update for my earlier review. Today I received a certified letter from Towbin Dodge that I had to return my avenger because the financing of the vehicle had fallen through. So I was upset because I was reassured that I was approved when I bought the car on March 8. I took my personal belongings out of the car and returned it to Towbin Dodge. But Wanda and Tim Harris said all they need is my letter from the insurance company verifying that my current vehicle is a total loss and will be paid off via GAP Insurance. For the misunderstanding Towbin Dodge gave me a full tank of gas and gave the car a full detail. That was totally not necessary but they did it anyway to provide great service. I really feel bad because the salesperson was nearly reprimanded for the bad review. Based on clearing everything up I can clearly say that Towbin Dodge went above and beyond want other dealers do. Please disregard my earlier negative review, this review supercedes my previous review dated March 20, 2014. More

This might be by far the best experience I've ever had dealing with buying a car from a dealership. Sunny and Jose were two of the most honest, nicest people I have ever come across in the car dealers had dealing with buying a car from a dealership. Sunny and Jose were two of the most honest, nicest people I have ever come across in the car dealership world. I live in San Diego, California and found the car online at their Dodge dealership in Henderson, Nevada. The car was a 2012 Dodge Challenger SXT that only had 19k miles on it and was a one owner with a clean history. It's practically brand new. Their price was very reasonable [well over 3-5k cheaper than anything in the So Cal area] and yet they still managed to work a deal with me to make sure I was able to purchase. We did all of the negotiating online via e-mail and within 24 hours I found myself driving the 5 hours to their dealership to trade in our 2011 Chevy Cruze LT. They made us a very fair offer on our trade in and brought the price of the Challenger down even more so that it fit our budget. I simply told them the number I wanted to be at, and they made it happen. I even decided to finance through them even though I was able to get a lower interest rate elsewhere. Because of me doing this, they gave us an amazing deal on a full 5 year extended warranty package and free oil changes for 2 years. This is how nice they were. My wife and I felt completely taken care of. It was literally the easiest transaction I have ever made in my life. My wife and I showed up at their dealership at around 8pm and by 10pm we were out of there with the new car signed, sealed, delivered. Jose was awesome at making everything super smooth and effortless for us that night and stayed late to make it happen. I seriously think a 5 year old could have bought a car through them, it was that easy and relaxing. I would recommend working with Jose and Sunny to anyone and would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Towbin Dodge in Henderson, Nevada. Even if it means having to drive 5 hours. It's totally worth it. I know if we ever buy another car in the future, we will be making the drive again. Quality cars, amazing prices and HONEST employees. It doesn't get any better than this.
