I must say I was skeptical in getting in contact with him as I thought he was just going to jerk around like the salesman. He ended up going out of his way and investigating who I was and called me. I talked with him on the phone and my husband and I decided to give Jerell a shot on his word. We went in and he was very nice and professional. He had Dennis assist us who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend seeing Dennis if you go in (Jerrell is from corporate). They gave us a deal we couldn't pass up! More

Telling everyone about Dennis!!! I went in to look at the dodge chargers, as we pulled up there were guys waiting to help us. Usually at a lot of dealership you get this cocky salesm I went in to look at the dodge chargers, as we pulled up there were guys waiting to help us. Usually at a lot of dealership you get this cocky salesman but to our surprise we were blow away by his customer service skills he talked about my lifestyle and gave me very useful tips on what size car i should get he answered all my questions I was so pleased with his customer service i felt so bad not being able to buy a car there. (new chargers are pretty expensive and waste a lot of gas) My husband and I thought a small eco friendly car was the way to go. Anyways the way he handle us there left a great impression on me that i am even telling all my friends who are looking to buy a car to go see him. It's soon to be my husbands turn to buy a truck and I hope Dennis is still there when we are ready, He was so great!! More
