Our sales staff is professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly in ways that make you feel just like family. SERVICE/PARTS/BODY SHOP:
Our Technicians are ASE and hybrid certified master technicians. Mickey Blank, the Service Director of Operations, will ensure that our technicians are providing the most quality work, in a timely fashion. Nick Urso is our assistant service managers with many years of technical experience and customer service. For your convenience, our service center offers Saturday hours, along with comfortable waiting areas, coffee, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, magazines and newspapers. If you don’t want to wait for your vehicle, we offer discounted rental cars for minor needs and free loaners for major services!
Our Parts department, which is also open Saturdays, has a full line of Toyota Accessories available.
Our body shop is insurance company recommended and approved. We will handle the entire process for a stress free body shop experience. Free body shop estimates are available. We have renovated the Auto Body Shop, which is now located across the street at the Used Car Building. On many recommendations, I walked into Torrington Toyota looking for my next vehicle. I spoke with the Dan and he put me in great hands with Tee. From there it was the easiest car purchasing experience I have ever had. The price was extremely fair for what the current insane market dictates. The communication was prompt and I never felt out of the loop. Nothing was forced on me once we headed to the finance manager's office and after a few signed papers my beautiful 4Runner was on the road headed home. This was the only dealer that offered to sell me the car for the actual sticker price, without any market adjustments. Tee assured me that when I take my 1.5 hour long trip, the price wont change and he did for the actual sticker price, without any market adjustments. My family and I have been long time customers of Toyota for 15 years and Torrington Toyota is only dealership we went to when looking for new cars. Tee was great to work with. I liked a specific color for for 15 years and Torrington Toyota is only dealership we went to when looking for new cars. Tee was great to work with. I liked a specific color for a new 2022 Corolla hybrid but they did not have it available due to car shortage. He kept an eye on the that color and called me right away when that it showed up in their inventor. He helped me going through the process of purchasing it smoothly.
