Our sales staff is professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly in ways that make you feel just like family. SERVICE/PARTS/BODY SHOP:
Our Technicians are ASE and hybrid certified master technicians. Mickey Blank, the Service Director of Operations, will ensure that our technicians are providing the most quality work, in a timely fashion. Nick Urso is our assistant service managers with many years of technical experience and customer service. For your convenience, our service center offers Saturday hours, along with comfortable waiting areas, coffee, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, magazines and newspapers. If you don’t want to wait for your vehicle, we offer discounted rental cars for minor needs and free loaners for major services!
Our Parts department, which is also open Saturdays, has a full line of Toyota Accessories available.
Our body shop is insurance company recommended and approved. We will handle the entire process for a stress free body shop experience. Free body shop estimates are available. We have renovated the Auto Body Shop, which is now located across the street at the Used Car Building. Initially salesperson and sales manager appeared helpful, patient and transparent. But watch out! Once my wife started asking many questions about a used toyota highlander vehicle , particularly after havin patient and transparent. But watch out! Once my wife started asking many questions about a used toyota highlander vehicle , particularly after having it mechanically inspected independently and learning that the independent mechanic had found issues with the front diff, the real characters of the salesperson and manager came out! They became combative, rude and nasty to her, even telling her ‘well don’t buy the car but we are not fixing nothing- “we don’t see any problems with the car. All toyotas leak oil” And yes- salesperson that is still there as of March 2023, really said that and manager with the letter D, defended his lie and rudeness and he was just as rude. Buyer beware, especially if they feel you are a woman o your own. More
