Our first experience with Torrington Toyota was 1999 when my future husband bought his Avalon. Our salesman then, Dan, is now sales manager. That is loyalty! Loyalty to a great company owned and managed by terrific, appreciative people, providing a great product. Through the years, we have owned other Toyotas from a dealership 30 miles closer to home. We thought we were getting good deals and great service until we went back to Torrington Toyota. Tee Hamzy, our salesman was superb. He is another loyal employee of 14 years. When someone stays with a company as long as Dan and Tee have, the company must be treating them well. If they are being treated that well, you can be assured you will be, too. We weren't planning on buying that day but we did. Tee knew my concerns before I could voice them and put us at ease. From Tee, Dan, David the VP and Dave in Finance, their patience, understanding and concern for your emotional comfort is unmatched. Why would we travel 45 miles to to buy and service a car? Good quality of work, excellent customer service I've purchased my vehicle from Torrington Toyota and always bring it there for reg. maintenance. I've have never had an issue with the vehicle or when I've purchased my vehicle from Torrington Toyota and always bring it there for reg. maintenance. The prices/fees charged is the only negative but I wouldn't expect less from a dealer and they always email coupons and promote discounts on their website. More

I always use this dealership for my service because they are courteous and give me the best advice to save me money when they can. My Rav 4 is amazing in the snow so in 2014 I bought my second one and would only buy from Randy, I did not have to shop around because I know I can trust him to give me a fair price.
