Torrington Toyota's service representative renewed my faith in quality repair, unlike the original dealership. His thoughtful, intelligent, customer-centered actions addressed a remedy cost-effectively for my truck's problem. I felt the service team (rep and technician) really had my best interest in mind. Our first experience with Torrington Toyota was 1999 when my future husband bought his Avalon. Our salesman then, Dan, is now sales manager. That is loyalty! Loyalty to a great company owned and managed by terrific, appreciative people, providing a great product. Through the years, we have owned other Toyotas from a dealership 30 miles closer to home. We thought we were getting good deals and great service until we went back to Torrington Toyota. Tee Hamzy, our salesman was superb. He is another loyal employee of 14 years. When someone stays with a company as long as Dan and Tee have, the company must be treating them well. If they are being treated that well, you can be assured you will be, too. We weren't planning on buying that day but we did. Tee knew my concerns before I could voice them and put us at ease. I always use this dealership for my service because they are courteous and give me the best advice to save me money when they can. My Rav 4 is amazing in the snow so in 2014 I bought my second one and would only buy from Randy, I did not have to shop around because I know I can trust him to give me a fair price. Taking in my car for servicing, I have dealt with Vance and Corey who both make everything easy. Most recently, Corey took care of my routine service visit.
