Our sales staff is professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly in ways that make you feel just like family. SERVICE/PARTS/BODY SHOP:
Our Technicians are ASE and hybrid certified master technicians. Mickey Blank, the Service Director of Operations, will ensure that our technicians are providing the most quality work, in a timely fashion. Nick Urso is our assistant service managers with many years of technical experience and customer service. For your convenience, our service center offers Saturday hours, along with comfortable waiting areas, coffee, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, magazines and newspapers. If you don’t want to wait for your vehicle, we offer discounted rental cars for minor needs and free loaners for major services!
Our Parts department, which is also open Saturdays, has a full line of Toyota Accessories available.
Our body shop is insurance company recommended and approved. We will handle the entire process for a stress free body shop experience. Free body shop estimates are available. We have renovated the Auto Body Shop, which is now located across the street at the Used Car Building. Excellent service After 19 years it was time for a new Toyota, so I headed back to where my first Toyota came from at Torrington Toyota. My first visit I test drove and got all the information I needed to know and left to think about it. No one called, no one pressured, I headed back up a week later. Randy Klonowski was my salesperson and was very attentive. I made the purchase and picked up my car 1 day later. Randy spent over 3 hours going over details on how the car worked, programmed my phone for me and was very very patient. Thanks Randy for delivering my new addition to my family. By the way , I've named him "Buster" :) More

Had to retire my old Camry with 275,000 miles on it and replace it with a 2018 Highly recommend Torrington Toyota and Randy (salesman) in particular.
