Our sales staff is professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly in ways that make you feel just like family. SERVICE/PARTS/BODY SHOP:
Our Technicians are ASE and hybrid certified master technicians. Mickey Blank, the Service Director of Operations, will ensure that our technicians are providing the most quality work, in a timely fashion. Nick Urso is our assistant service managers with many years of technical experience and customer service. For your convenience, our service center offers Saturday hours, along with comfortable waiting areas, coffee, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, magazines and newspapers. If you don’t want to wait for your vehicle, we offer discounted rental cars for minor needs and free loaners for major services!
Our Parts department, which is also open Saturdays, has a full line of Toyota Accessories available.
Our body shop is insurance company recommended and approved. We will handle the entire process for a stress free body shop experience. Free body shop estimates are available. We have renovated the Auto Body Shop, which is now located across the street at the Used Car Building. Had some maintence work done to my 2014 Toyota Rav 4 I am given 5 Stars because , I have been a customer of Torrington Toyota for about 14 years now and they are more like family to me. Pleasant Buying Experience I recently purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Torrington Toyota and was very pleased with my buying experience. The sales atmosphere is low pressure with a I recently purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Torrington Toyota and was very pleased with my buying experience. The sales atmosphere is low pressure with a focus on customer service. I drove off with what I wanted not what someone else wanted me to have. This is not the first truck I've purchased from this dealership with Randy K. as my sales representative. As in the past he went out of his way to be certain I was getting the exact truck I wanted. Since I am rather particular the vehicle I wanted was not in stock so Randy located it at another area dealership and brought it into stock at Torrington just for me. Best of all, he didn't make a big deal out of doing this for me! Go try that at other area Toyota dealers and see how you make out. My truck was delivered to me sparkling clean at a time that was convenient to me. At delivery Randy explained all the features of my new truck including the myriad of technical gadgetry. My great thanks to Randy and the rest of the staff at Torrington Toyota. Keep up the good work! More
