SERVICE/PARTS/BODY SHOP:
Our Technicians are ASE and hybrid certified master technicians. Mickey Blank, the Service Director of Operations, will ensure that our technicians are providing the most quality work, in a timely fashion. Nick Urso is our assistant service managers with many years of technical experience and customer service. For your convenience, our service center offers Saturday hours, along with comfortable waiting areas, coffee, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, magazines and newspapers. If you don’t want to wait for your vehicle, we offer discounted rental cars for minor needs and free loaners for major services!
Our Parts department, which is also open Saturdays, has a full line of Toyota Accessories available.
Our body shop is insurance company recommended and approved. We will handle the entire process for a stress free body shop experience. Free body shop estimates are available. We have renovated the Auto Body Shop, which is now located across the street at the Used Car Building. This was my first new car buying experience in 16 years. I tend to really bond with a vehicle and am not about buying a car every few years. I opted to get a RAV4 due to industry reviews and the many new sa I tend to really bond with a vehicle and am not about buying a car every few years. I opted to get a RAV4 due to industry reviews and the many new safety features incorporated into late model cars. It is important that dealership representatives recognize that and Gerald McCabe couldn't have been nicer and more patient with me in getting the model and color I wanted, not just what they had to sell on the lot. In the end, I got everything I wanted (sans the Toyota rubber floor mats which did not come with the model/color RAV4 Hybrid I tasked them to procure from another dealership). They have patiently and consistently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns and bolstered a sense of trust and confidence in their ability to not only handle my financing satisfactorily but the ongoing maintenance and facilitation of my lease (my first leased vehicle). It is my first Toyota, likely not to be my last. By the time I finish my lease, I fully expect all auto manufacturers to offer fully reliable electric cars. Of course, when I bought my last new car in 2004, I thought they'd be flying by now so I've considerably lowered my expectations for the future. :-) More

When I first walked into the showroom I was greeted by Larry, who then directed me to Randy and he could not have been more nicer. I purchased my first car from Torrington Toyota after looking at several other Toyota dealerships knowing I wanted a RAV4.
