Rather than have me spend thousands more for the car and equipment I didn't feel I needed just to get the heated seats, they offered (for a price ) to swap out my front seats for the heated seats, saving me money. Bot of these dealerships tried to soak me while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced to the point where I never want to see the inside of the Route 44 dealership again. At Alfano I was in a pleasant waiting room where I waited with several other people. There was no pressure to me and upon the inspection a few more things were found that I needed to take care of. Again there was no pressure for me to get this done now but because of the manner I was addressed I did have the work done. To say I am totally satisfied is an understatement and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone else. More
