Both Mike's were nice and professional people and helped out with the process. However, I'm very disappointed that you would sell a car that I was told would be detailed and it was delivered just as dirty out with the process. However, I'm very disappointed that you would sell a car that I was told would be detailed and it was delivered just as dirty as the first time I seen it. When you spend almost 40k on a used car you would expect it to be detailed like I was told it would be. Absolutely disgusting car with a 1/4 tank of gas. I will now have to send this out to get cleaned by a professional. Very disappointed with the finished product. I would never return to your dealership or recommend anyone purchase a car there in the future. You should be ashamed to deliver a car in this condition.
