Broken bug screen. Took my Jeep Renegade in for its first oil change during the work and car wash my new bug screen was broken. I went in tired and upset from going to another parts store first and waiting two days and then receiving the wrong part. When I went in to Performance and after having this great young man help me I was one happy customer thanks to him and will never make the mistake of going anywhere else first.
