Good Experience The employees were all very helpful and friendly. They took the time to show me multiple vehicles and help me find the one the matched my "want list". I didn't feel pressured like I have in the past at other dealerships, and I liked the fact that the finance didn't try to sell me a bunch of additional items that I didn't want. The options were all explained but I felt no pressure to purchase any of them. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from this dealership, and I would purchase from them again. More

They told me how much the car was, they offered me a good price for my trade, and I didn't have to sit there and play the "how There were no "games". The only issue and byno means any fault of the employees of Performance Ford was the Ford Leasing Dept. which caused a delay in the buying process because there were only 3 people available..1-person answering the phone and 2 others who could help with the Leasing Process. Maybe I am incorrect but I would think Saturdays and since it was the very end of the month there would be more employees available. Other that this the service was fantastic. I truly appreciated the no hassling and the knowledge the salesmen shared. We moved here a little over 4 years ago and the service department has always taken great care of use and our vehicles..This is why we chose to go to Performance first inquiring about purchasing a pick up. I will highly recommend others who are looking for a vehicle to at least stop at Performance Ford first. More
