The technician check the oil on the car as soon as we got there with the engine still hot and oil did not have time to drain down told us that It was low. We brought the car in because we were trying to figure out if it was a transmission issue or a sensor issue. We knew it had hard shifting, and the only answer we received is It is shifting hard. We already knew that. The lady at the counter didn’t even want to give my husband the keys to our own vehicle. The check he needed to pay was in the car and she treated him like a criminal walking out to unlock the car for him to get the check that is our car we paid for it. No one should be able to hold our keys from us. Just completely disrespectful Service no I don’t recommend going there at all. More
