Could do better! As I work in the automotive industry. I was told a year prior to my son losing control and not being able to steer(due to tie rod recall). That the company would call me once a solution became available. That was almost two years ago and I am the one who had to call them to see if the recall had a solution. While they had my vehicle instead of trying to generate more profits to see if there was anything else wrong with my vehicle and do a quick inspection while they had it in. They did not do so. Which is weird cause most place do try to upscale. Guess you guys missed out on some profit. More

The service I received was nothing short of amazing! ! I was in Cullman visiting my mother in the hospital when my air conditioning quit working on a 100 degree day. I was scheduled to drive back to Illi ! I was in Cullman visiting my mother in the hospital when my air conditioning quit working on a 100 degree day. I was scheduled to drive back to Illinois the next morning so I went to the dealership to see if they could help. Chuck expedited the part, Mandolyn got me scheduled and kept me informed, and Rose drove me to and from the hospital to spend time with my ill mother during the 3 hours that the repair was being done. I can't say enough about how kind and considerate these people were. If I lived in Alabama, this dealership would be where I would buy my next Nissan!!! More
