Sales experience was Good, it’s the after care that is nonexistent. Either their Finance Manager is constantly “out of office” and cannot return calls that have stacked up for weeks, or they don’t have a nonexistent. We were told he would contact our county clerk (out of state) to provide us our tags. This dealership does not give temporary tags. Going on THREE weeks without temporary tags, nor correspondence to our county clerk for plate. Staff is super young and with that comes inexperience. More

The personnel were extremely nice and professional. Took our Armada here on a weekend after arriving for a lake vacation following a 10 hour drive from Florida and our car started smoking the last couple of miles. They were able to get us in to check the car out first thing Monday morning. Their diagnosis showed that an issue with the filter resulted in the oil leaking out, so after performing and oil change and the car receiving an otherwise clean bill of health, they called us to let us know the car was ready to go! We were thrilled with their service and the quick turnaround they were able to provide. Hope to never have a car break down on vacation again, but if it were to happen, we hope it's near Tony Serra Nissan as they really did a great job handling our issue. More

I had a great experience with the Cullman Service Center.I have a Lexus LS 430 and my air conditioner went out with these ninety degree days you can imagine how bad it was.I called several service ce Center.I have a Lexus LS 430 and my air conditioner went out with these ninety degree days you can imagine how bad it was.I called several service centers in the area they all said it would be three days to two weeks before they could fix it.I with Chuck the service manager he said he could done right away and did it.Vary happy with the work they did and would recommend this service department to everyone.I also found it nice to be able to get a non Nissan product repaired in such a speedy fashion.Chuck and all the staff made it a great experience for me and I will definitely come back thanks guys.
