He showed me what was available and selecting the car was easy. The only thing was the time spent on getting the paperwork done. I knew that it was going to take awhile but I wish there was some way to make it faster. My appointment was at 2:30pm and I left the dealership around 6:00pm. Also, it might be good to tell people ahead of time what to bring with them when going to the dealership, such as pay stub, car insurance card even if you was not trading your old card. All in all, I had an awesome experience and I love my new Nissan Versa! More

He said we had to order the parts for me and will call you when they get a parts for me. Should be with in few days. Then call you on the phone number on the paper. So, I left the dealer It passed 10days. No call, I was just waiting. Well, I contacted Jason Beleno, he said don't know what happen. Parts was reserved for me. So, we made another appointment. We went. Fixed. Seems like Jason Komori forgot me. Even he didn't recongnized me. They were nice manner and words. More

Another great experience at Tony Nissan! I just had another great experience at Tony Nissan. I purchased my 2015 Versa Note (I love my car!) here in 2016 and they have been servicing it ever I just had another great experience at Tony Nissan. I purchased my 2015 Versa Note (I love my car!) here in 2016 and they have been servicing it ever since. My most recent visit was routine: which, at Tony Nissan, means no drama, no surprises, super friendly service, comfortable waiting room, a generally excellent experience. But that is not why I am writing. I am writing because of my husband's prior visit to Tony Nissan. I wish he had noted the name of the person he worked with, because whoever it was saved us a lot of money and aggravation. The front tire of the Versa had picked up a screw. Hoping the tire could be patched, we took it to a local tire store. The salesperson took one look at the car, didn't even examine the tire, and said, "you need a new tire." Since I wanted to match the existing tire (and because I didn't like the attitude at the tire store), I called Tony Nissan, and they assured me they had a match in stock if the tire couldn't be repaired. When my husband got there, the tech noticed that the screw was in the meaty part of the tread. Perhaps it hadn't gone all the way through the tire, he speculated. He would try taking it out and we would see what happened. PS: The screw was short, the tire was fine, my husband drove away happy! And if that wasn't enough, there was no charge, and he got a free car wash coupon! So now, even for the most minor of repairs, I happily drive my car 40 minutes to Tony Nissan. Thank you!! More
