Mr Daniel Esllinger (Service Consultant) did a superb job in balancing out the needs of the warranty company, Nissan Maintenance Guidelines and the actions needed to ensure the customer felt that the repair facility was working on his behalf. I deeply appreciated how Mr, Daniel Esllinger worked diligently to ensure the customer's rights and desires were meet at the same time maintaining the highest standards of a Nissan Repair Facility. The process to repair my truck required a dialogue between the warranty company, outside repair service consultant, the Nissan repair facility and the customer. Daniel keep me constantly informed with the process that took over a week to be resolved. The success of my repair can be directly contributed to the outstanding communication and perseverance of Mr Esllinger and the agencies he worked with to completed .my needed repairs.
