Wow- you totally missed the point. You dropped the ball: I did not feel appreciated... your only solution is to Thank me in person when I pick up my plates...??? how corny. I'm not a baby that needs to be thank. I'm a professional that has purchased over 8trucks in the past 15 years for construction, and the sales manager always came out to show his appreciation for my business.... it appeared your sales manager was too busy, or just didn't care. Also, I made it clear to Hannah that I didn't feel that I was getting the best deal. I wanted one more option thrown in, like the tow package, to complete a fair deal. My Tacoma had less than 20,000 miles on it!!! Had my wife not been in the hospital, I would have had more energy and stamina to make sure I got the best deal... it also felt like Hannah was scared to explain my solution to the sales manager- like he was some evil man that was just going to bail if I didn't take his final offer.... then, to make things worse, I saw your ad that on black friday, 2 after I purchased my truck, you gave out Ala Moana gift cards.... Anyway, judging by your response to my review, I don't think you fully comprehend the situation. There's no special need to thank me when I pick up my plates... it should have been done at the time of purchase- I shouldn't have had to remind you.
