A good samaritan on the Honda section of the dealer saw my wife, asked her of what she needed and was helped immediately, Bless his soul. Although I deposited two thousand two hundred fifty dollars, and a credit rating over seven hundred, stil, I was hit with a 6.2 interest on my car loan, I do not even know how to open the hood of the car. The essence of my posting is to help the customers not to be impetuous, and to Honda Dealer in Waipio to treat people with care and dignity, It is the customers that put food on your table. "What profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his/her soul" , My going back to them is very grim. More
New staff; disinterested sales manager I wanted to speak to the sales manager about one extra add on because I didn't feel I was getting the best deal. My sales person told me if she goes b I wanted to speak to the sales manager about one extra add on because I didn't feel I was getting the best deal. My sales person told me if she goes back to talk to the sales manager that he will make her go talk to another customer and leave me hanging. I do not feel like the sales person had my back nor did I appreciate being ignored by the sales manager. He never came out to introduce himself. All I wanted was to see if we could do the deal with me getting a tow package included on my Frontier. I could have gone back to New City Nissan and got the same truck with all the extras for only $1,500 more. And when I visited New City Nissan prior to Tony Nissan, even though we hadn't yet reached a deal, the sales manager at New City Nissan came out and shook my hand and said he appreciated at least the opportunity. They left me with a very good professional feeling, and had my wife not been pregnant with twins I probably would have returned and bought the truck from them. But I didn't have much time left and I needed to get a truck with 4 doors. All Tony Nissan had to do was throw in the tow package and have the manager come out and thank me for my business and I would have been 100% satisfied. I am an owner of a construction company and I know all about customer service. I truly felt ignored at Tony Nissan. More

I got my Jeep! It’s a nice ride so far. I appreciated the follow up the salesman did. It took a couple days, but we got the deal done! I finally got my Jeep! Upd It’s a nice ride so far. I appreciated the follow up the salesman did. It took a couple days, but we got the deal done! I finally got my Jeep! Update: Within 48 hours a had a few problems. The battery was bad and the tire pressure sensors weren’t working properly. I had spoken to Brennan about this because the dealership hadn’t completed swapping the spare (currently on vehicle) with the original, which I requested because the tires are directional and the spare is facing the wrong direction. I was told to make an appt at my earliest convenience but when I went to do so, the manager denied the request because the vehicle was sold “as is” and I should’ve made sure those things were complete before I completed the purchase. The management is not user friendly and do not stand behind their salesmen’s word. I don’t think I will support this dealership anymore. In fact, I will ensure everyone I come in contact with, know how they handled this situation. More
