Actually the service is terrific but I waited OVER 30 MINUTES for my car! Getting frustrated waiting so long, I asked someone working there & he went to go check. When my car finally came, the person that brought my car apologized for me waiting so long & said he would let his manager know since he didn't know what caused the holdup. Hopefully the next time I take my car in I won't have to wait so long. More
