Thank you for leaving your comments about your most recent service experience. On behalf of the Tony Nissan service team, we apologize for the quality issues. I personally spoke to the Express Technician assigned to your vehicle. He did not do the rotation as the front tires had more tread on them, in comparison to the rear and it is best practice to keep the better tires on the drive axle. However, he failed to communicate this to your Advisor, and ultimately explained to you. We also failed to replace to update the window sticker. Our service team takes pride in providing the best service possible and we are taking the necessary steps so this incident will not be repeated in the future. We do truly value your business, please save a copy of this email / response and we would be glad to do the next oil change and rotation on your Nissan Kicks at no cost to you (not impacting your Tony Care contract).
