My overall experience was at Tony Nissan was very good. The interaction of my salesperson, Mr. Louie Boria, was excellent. He made sure that I felt comfortable in the purchase of my new Pathfinder. He did not try to pressure me into making the purchase. He also showed that he was knowledgeable in the operation of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. After leaving the lot i discovered a piece missing from the liner inside of the vehicle. When i contacted Mr. Boria, he went out of his way to get the part from the parts dept. and have it replaced without delay. Since the sale of my vehicle, he has consistently phone me to see how things are going and to remind me that he is there if I have any queations or problems. As for the quality of work I gave a GOOD rating as I have brought my vehicle in for minor problems and once it was determined that they could not find a problem yet it still existed. Since it was a minor problem about an unusual odor within the vehicle i did not pursue the matter any further. On another occassion I brought my vehicle in and it was determined that the temperature sensor was faulty and they had replaced it. After a week or so the tempurate readings were still inaccurate. I have not gone back to have it checked again as i am without my car for the whole day. I still have recommended my friends and family to see Mr. Boria because I know he will give them great service. Several of my referrals have said many positive comments about Mr. Boria. Keep it up! More

He did his best to work my deal and get my SUV at the Price I wanted. I was well hydrated through the whole experience he offered refreshments because we all know this isn't a short process. Even after my purchased I remained in contact with Gator with questions I had about my new vehicle. Cal was friendly but everything went downhill after that. I went in around lunch time and did not get out till 6pm!! And DO NOT get Nissan financing, Nissan mainland is totally unprofessional and hard to deal with. Most banks or credit unions now will match their financing if you have good credit. More
