We were very happy with our sales experience with our sales consultant Cal Delos Santos! We were hesitant in coming to the dealership because of experiences before with the sales staff being aggressive a sales consultant Cal Delos Santos! We were hesitant in coming to the dealership because of experiences before with the sales staff being aggressive and putting on pressure; but Cal made us think otherwise. Though it took awhile to the numbers down to what was manageable to us, Cal was very patient, understanding, and made us feel comfortable. And even though we waited awhile to reach the finance manager to sign all the papers, James was very fast and thorough with everything. Thank you for making our first purchase at Tony Nissan a great experience! More

We made some phone calls around town because we knew what we were looking for and wanted to avoid the hard sell. Louis was very professional answering questions, paying attention to our needs and did not pr we were looking for and wanted to avoid the hard sell. We felt we were given a fair trade-in. The transaction was completed without the expected timely price negotiations. Darren Sasaki was thorough and did a great job of managing the paperwork making it as streamlined and efficient as possible. My family and I had spoken with two other dealerships on experience and friendliness was THE absolute reason we made our purchase with Tony Nissan. My family and I had spoken with two other dealerships on the day we purchased our vehicle. We did not get a great feeling from either one and we felt like we were not being given the proper respect. We decided to look at "one more" lot before we called it a day. We saw the Armada and we immediately fell in love with it. Louis was very professional and kind throughout the entire process and we truly appreciate that. We love our new vehicle and I have already recommended numerous friends to the dealership based on the customer service that we received from the time we stepped on the lot to the follow up call the next morning from Louis. Louis was friendly and gave us a chance to drive a new Leaf with no sales pressure. I wanted to check on some associated costs such as ev charger etc., he gave me a reference. This was a very good buying experience. My initial visit was only for questions and when I returned the following day I wanted to see what was available. Rodney didn't know me from Adam but took time to ans was only for questions and when I returned the following day I wanted to see what was available. Rodney didn't know me from Adam but took time to answer any question in detail and more than that - he paid attention to the question itself. We never had to cover the same topic twice and if we covered a 'deal-breaker' (I.E. no light interior) he would skip over any car that wasn't right. I greatly appreciated the effeciancy of not being walked through the "Well what about this one, or this one..." routine. Plus, when he saw that the models at the dealership were not quite right, he took me to the over-flow lot where I found the perfect one. Through it all, Rodney was warm and polite which made me very comfortable and explains why this dealership has a great reputation. Before going to the dealership I was completely ready to 'play the game.' Guard up, don't get suckered into looking at a bigger model or talked out of what I want. I was prepared for nothing. Tony Nissan is a straight up dealership and Rodney is a stand up guy. More
