Allowed us to test drive and get a hands-on feel for how the vehicle handles, what the different features did and how they were used, particularly important in the selection process when one is not familiar with what's available. Gave us a very good idea of what we wanted in a vehicle. Don Berry was equally courteous and helpful on the financial end and selection of warranty options. Only comment I have, and not a negative one but something which I personally feel would enhance the purchasing process for the buyer, is to have the sales person also present during that final stages of closing the deal and signing the contract. Reason for this is because in addition to extension of the basic warranty, there are other options and services that I would want to discuss with the sales person, with whom a good rapport has already been established, since I consider those to be part of vehicle I was purchasing. And also, when applicable, I feel the cost of those services and "extras" should be included in negotiating the total price of the vehicle. More

Cal was there to grreat us before we were ven out of the car. We didnt have to track anyone down which was fantastic having 2 kids with us. He was not pushy and showed us what we wanted to see. I could not have asked for a better experience at Tony Nissan. I traditionally HATE shopping for cars. However, this time was so different. Everyone was so kind and professional and very attentive to my needs. Best of all, they were not pushy at all! I received a good price from Aiaz and his professionalism, constant attention to detail, and follow up is to be commended. Scotty was very informative and answered all my numerous questions with courtesy and patience. He also was very good about following up on any concerns I had. Don Berry was so efficient and concise. The whole process was so smooth and quick. I had my car with very little effort. I did have one small problem a couple weeks later and the 'used warranty' was fantastic. The problem was fixed quickly. From the people that answer the phones to everyone else there I dealt with I give a big Mahalo! You guys are awesome! I love my car and your service was superb! I called Tony Nissan to check on the availability of a pre-owned 2008 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab advertised on the internet. Howard Villa said he would check and would call back in 15 min. - he delivered h pre-owned 2008 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab advertised on the internet. The price we were asking could not be negotiated. We then visited New City Nissan, King Windward Nissan and Voyager Auto Sales. The service we received from Howard brought us back to Tony Nissan. Even though the price we were asking could not be negotiated and could have saved a few hundred dollars elsewhere, we wanted to give Howard the sale. Howard was honest, sincere and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Howard for a wonderful experience! More

We walked onto this dealership lot not really knowing exactly what we wanted only that my husband wanted me to have a car that was still under warranty and that he wouldn't have to worry about me driving exactly what we wanted only that my husband wanted me to have a car that was still under warranty and that he wouldn't have to worry about me driving while he was on deployment. We were out in the parking lot looking at the Nissan Juke when Howard came out and introduced himself. He was very informative and friendly, we felt comfortable with him right away. We had gone to other dealers that day but hadn't felt that level of comfortability that we felt there. We explained to Howard what we were looking for price wise and as the evening came to a close he made an appointment with us early Easter Sunday to come and finish up the deal. Howard and the GM, Aiyaz did everything they could to get us the car we wanted at a price we could work with. Without any grief I was sitting in a brand new car that I loved. I walked out of there with absolutely no questions, they really made sure we walked out of there comfortable with our purchase. Don, the financing manager, was also just as informative and made sure we understood everything we were signing. I have to add that this dealership really is a friend of the military. The GM came and personally came in and shook my husband's hand and thanked him for his service letting him know that he wanted to make sure we walked out with what we wanted. I highly reccomend this dealership. I was dreading looking for cars and after an entire day of it I was done but I walked out of Tony Nissan happy, excited and in a new car feeling like they had done everything in their power to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My husband and I went to Tonys to purchase a truck, and we did. Three weeks went by and came across a problem with the truck. We took the truck back to have it fixed. Our salesman Cal was very friendly and went the mile to get us the car that we ended up purchasing. Sadly, the time it took for us to fill out paperwork and financing was way too long.
