As always, I experienced excellent customer service, especially from Jason and "Uncle Mark" the shuttle driver; the ONLY very, very slight negative occurred when I made the appointment I was told the s especially from Jason and "Uncle Mark" the shuttle driver; the ONLY very, very slight negative occurred when I made the appointment I was told the shuttle didn't "run after 9:30" and no further assistance was offered, so I arranged a ride for myself. This ONLY became something of interest after I was offered a ride to pick up my vehicle after 3 pm that same day when Jason called to inform me that my car was ready for pick up. So it seemed obvious to me that the shuttle does indeed run all day, even all the way to Ewa Beach. Perhaps I misunderstood the first comment, so please forgive me if I am in error.
