I initially went to Nissan to look around and 'browse' their used cars to see what was available and something that was within my budget. They were very knowledgeable easily answering my questions on differences in the Sentra models and package combinations without talking down to me. But the extra came in the little details, not only were drinks offered during the buying process, but when we (my wife and I) came back to pick up the car after it was detailed the Dennis brought us waters (the drink we had earlier) for the road. This surprised me since I had already bought the car and they did not get anything from this and he even took the time to remember what we had to drink. When we picked up the car Dennis looked the car over with us and then took the time to show us how everything worked and made sure that we had no questions.
