Cal greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He asked me what I was looking for and I answered that I did'nt really know because I did'nt know what my credit would qualify me for. The cars that he showed me were very clean, late models that looked almost new except for some nicks and scratches that were only visible if you looked hard enough. Cal helped me with the financing and offered me 3 payment choices that were acceptable for me. Once a deal was made, Cal helped me clean out my old car and he cleaned and filled up the gas tank on the car I purchased. The paperwork took abit more time, but it wasn't a bad wait. The finance manager was very friendly, explained each paper I signed and gave me what I thought was a great deal. I enjoyed the no pressure atmosphere, I felt I wasnt forced or nagged to do anything I did'nt want. I would recommend them to my friends if they were looking for a new or used car. More

My vehicle was shipped from the mainland and was experiencing problems with the transmission. The dealership had my vehicle for about six weeks. Louie Borja: Louie was courteous and friendly as soon as we walked in. He ensured that we were comfortable while he was closing up another meeting with a customer. He apologized for the wait, but because of how Louie handled us, we didn't mind the wait at all. The transition from his previous customer to us was seamless, probably attributed to the fact that Louie is a seasoned salesperson. Mr. Boria was very attentive to the needs of my family, which made looking for a car quite enjoyable. I appreciated his honesty in my car options based on my financial landscape (down and financing amount, etc.) which helped with the dreambuilding of the next car that we could possibly purchase from Nissan. "Looking" for a car was quick and painless, which I totally appreciated. Once I picked my car, the "financing" part wasn't bad at all. Through his encouragement, support and patience, I was able to determine what type of monthly payment I felt comfortable with. With only one "return for monthly payment negotiation", a final price was agreed upon. Next was the financing -- Darren Sasaki was also very informative and patient, which made the financial paperwork and portion of the sale also very enjoyable. Next thing I knew, we were driving home in my new Versa. Thank you very much, Nissan, for employing such capable and qualified individuals such as Louie and Darren, Overall, this was a very enjoyable Nissan experience. More
I initially visited Tony Nissan for service and during my wait time began a casual conversation with Eli. Needless to say, it led me to consider looking at the Nissan Pathfinder as we just had a baby and out wait time began a casual conversation with Eli. Needless to say, it led me to consider looking at the Nissan Pathfinder as we just had a baby and outgrew our Murano. What impressed me most about Eli is that he did not bring up buying a new car during our extensive conversation like most salesmen would. We discussed our prior military service and talked about social values. After that conversation I realized how personable and trustworthy Eli was and after discussing the possibility of purchasing a new car with my spouse, would only consider using Eli as my salesman. A few months ago we visited another Nissan dealership in which the salesmen would only "discuss" business with my husband resulting in us walking out and never considering purchasing a vehicle from that location no matter how good of a deal they might offer. Eli listened to our needs and wants and immediately found us the vehicle we were looking for. Eli allowed us time to personally discuss the purchase and took his time with us, never leaving us feeling as if he was "pushing" the sale on us and that includes during the process of bargaining with the sales manager. Also, our experience with the finance manager was excellent and can't be left unrecognized. There is an uncommon kindness that you would never find at any other dealership at Tony Nissan by all employees that was experienced before even beginning the purchase process when waiting for my Murano to be serviced. The front desk clerks, the service staff as well as the parts staff was very kind and surpassed my customer service expectations. We felt that everyone went above and beyond and if Nissan gives out best dealership awards, Tony Nissan should win it hands down. We truly appreciate the VPP program for military by Nissan and will be Nissan customers for life. More

ALWAYS received and serviced with a smile by Etta Nobriga. She makes sure everything is explained and that I feel welcomed and valued.
