Me and my wife Tresa had a phenominal experience at Tony Nissan this time around, and I have to give all of the credit to Hoku. I had bought two 2007 Nissan Altima's 2.5 S back in 2007 (we always buy two a Nissan this time around, and I have to give all of the credit to Hoku. I had bought two 2007 Nissan Altima's 2.5 S back in 2007 (we always buy two at a time) and the experience was so bad that I bought one car from Winward Nissan and several days later I went back and bought one at Tony Nissan. Well, this time around it was completly different experience. We went in and told Hoku that we were looking to purchase two 2013 Nissan Altima SV's and to give us her best price first time because I didn't want to waste all day at the dealership shopping for cars. She gave us a good price and I only had to wait 15 minutes, but I was convinced that I could do better. We then took a ride over to Kaneohe to see what Winward Nissan could do. I did get a better price, but the Sales Manager kept giving me the run-around and my wife was about to lose it! To make matters even worse they only had one of the cars in the color that we wanted in stock and they had no idea when the other one with the options that I wanted could be delivered from the mainland. Bottom line is that I eventually got everything that I wanted, but it was the worst experience I had ever been through (a total of three hours wasted). We went back to Tony Nissan and told Hoku that if she could match the offer from the other place that I would by both cars today. She went back to the manager and in less than five minutes they matched the price and we bought both cars. It was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had from a Nissan dealership and I have purchased a total of eight Nissan Altimas since 1995! As much as we enjoyed dealing with Hoku, there were many others that were involved in our car buying experience that we would like to thank, but unfortunately I can't remember their names. The young lady that helped us pick out additional options for our cars gave us a phenominal deal on spoilers and fog lights for both cars. The finance guy gave us a rate of 1.90% on both cars, which was even better that I could get from our credit union. The service department was awesome when it came to scheduling the appointments for installing the additional options and they had the courtesy cars ready for us to pick up when dropped the new ones to get worked on. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that everyone at Tony Nissan made our car buying experience the best ever and I would highly recommend to anyone that they go there to purchase their next vehicle. I don't know if anyone ever looks at these reviews before purchasing a new car, but if you do, hurry over to Tony Nissan and don't forget to ask for Hoku, she'll take great care of you.
