The sales person who helped her was not there, but Laura Santimore was there. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, and delivered. She was not pushy nor did she shoot down any request no matter how outlandish. Everything was explained to me in great detail. Responses were prompt and precise. All in all a great experience I recommend everyone to come to tony group autoplex. More

I've bought and owned many cars in the past but they have all been "gently" used high-end European cars over the last 14 years. My plan was to buy a car this year, but not necessarily a Nissan and not new. The recent need for high cost repairs on my 2006 Saab accelerated my vehicle purchase plans. Laura made sure that everyone in her circle of friends knows that she now works at Tony Nissan and has been very enthusiastic when speaking of her new job. So I decided that my next car would be purchased through her, but still the plan was for a used car. I am very aware that my credit score is low by industry standards and didn't think a new car would be possible. My plan was to purchase a lost cost used car, but Laura explained the benefits of purchasing a new car over a used car (low to no repairs needed in the first couple of years) and then she researched which new car would fit my lifestyle and budget. She was professional and non-judgmental with regards to my low credit score. With all of the new technology in vehicles, Laura made sure that I knew enough to program my car and rolled off the lot with my car and vehicle communicating with each other and enabling me to communicate with the world hands-free. I love my new car and look forward to making service calls at the dealership. Lastly, the finance process with James was also quick without the judgement I anticipated with my credit history. I felt respected and valued. Thank you Tony Nissan for hiring and training a team of individuals that respect and understand the needs of the consumer. More

It was my first time going to a dealership to purchase a car, of course it's scary not knowing what to expectas I was feeling overwhelmed browsing onl It was my first time going to a dealership to purchase a car, of course it's scary not knowing what to expectas I was feeling overwhelmed browsing online, trying to find a car to my expectation, prepping myself to go to a dealership to look at cars+pricing with my "not-so-awesome-but-okay-creditscore." After weeks of searching, my other half suggested to visit her good friend in Kaneohe side at another dealership or to visit Tony Nissan in Waipahu and to ask for Alexandria (her past co-worker)--so I took my gf's idea into account and drove to Waipio first since it's closer to where I live. I stepped inside asking for Alex, & she met with me, asked me some questions and actually worked with everything that's up to my wants and needs. We went over different cars of my likings and even helped me narrow things down & professionally help me with things I should consider when buying my first car. There was zero pressure, we looked at several cars, she even grabbed those cars so I can sit inside the drivers seat & turn on the car. I liked all the cars! Only dilemma I had was "which one do I want to take home?" --long story short, I stayed in Waipio location & decided to work with Alex. I purchased the white Nissan Sentra 🙌🏽 it's used new car, certified pre-owned, but hey!, I just wanted to get from point A to B, something that's great on gas / mileage and has AC, and above all: I didn't want to overwhelm myself with paying high monthly or down payment considering I'm trying to build my credit (: everything was smooth, I didn't feel pressured, I wasn't rushed, it's all tied back to what I wanted, I forgot that I was in a dealership because everything was all smiles. Even as I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I was cool with just playing with my phone to keep me busy as I wait, but Alex sat down with me and talked stories with me that made hour and half wait seem like it was only 10 minutes! Thank you so much again, Alexandria, for being patient and to let me work with you. I'm happy with everything & definitely a satisfied customer! If you're on the same boat as me, or just want to receive excellent service, I highly recommend working with Alex! More

Fast, friendly, and hassle free I was interested in a vehicle I saw on their website, it was after hours so I left a message for a call back. The next morning I was contacted by Cal I was interested in a vehicle I saw on their website, it was after hours so I left a message for a call back. The next morning I was contacted by Cal Delos Santos, the manager for internet sales. I came in for a test drive and made my decision. However, the vehicle needed to go through a certified pre-owned inspection which would take a couple of days. Later that same day Cal phoned to tell me the process was done and invited me to come pick up my new vehicle! My sincere thanks to everyone for their fast, friendly and hassle free service. I highly recommend this dealership! More
Positive Experience This is my first car (and first lease), and went very well. I'm really happy with my Rogue so far and Laura has been there to answer all questions. With the financing office). We first pursued a 2015 fully-equipped Rogue, thinking this would be less expensive or equal-in-price to the 2016 simpler model. Ultimately, I was told I'd have to put $10,000 down on the 2015 Rogue if I wanted my monthly payments to be within budget... Who puts $10,000 down on a lease? I'm glad we went back to them for pricing on the 2016. 0 down (mind you, it was one of 5 specific cars on which they were offering a specific monthly price, so that makes sense). Walked out the door happy. More
