Very attentive and helpful My last 4 vehicles have been a Nissan (xterra, murano, armada, murano). Tony Nissan service staff have always been very attentive to my needs. Service is fast and they commicate well over the phone, email and in person. They honor and mail out lots of coupons, which I use alot. I have purchased extended warranties through them also, with 100% satisfaction. I have had an entire transmission replaced thru warranty one time. Minor issues like sensor replacements etc have been replaced without hassle at Tony Nissan who works directly with the warranty company. My service guy even emails me at the end of the year with copies of all my receipts so I have them electronically for my business tax filing (at my request). I literally have zero complaints about them and I have been going there for about 10 years for all my maintenance, purchases, and warranties. My current staff person is Ryan B, and he is so helpful and "on It". The salesman Tommy was so knowledgeable about every vehicle and not pushy. The head person, I think his title is the COO, David, made me feel like a VIP when purchasing my recent murano, and continues to say hello if he happens to see me there servicing my car. More
